Soil Pumping Station SPS4025

The Soil Pumping Station type SPS4025 consists of a hopper hold which is built into a 40’ open top container. At the bottom of the cargo hold, jet water piping and nozzles continuously fluidise the mined sand, tailings and minerals. A separate diesel-driven jet water pack, available as a standard component, can also provide the fluidisation water. A standard DOP250 submersible dredge pump ensures the continuous evacuation of the slurry from the tailings slurrification unit into the dredge pipeline. The mining unit’s hopper hold is continuously fed by earth-moving machines such as excavators, wheel loaders or shovels, and can be relocated easily if the operations require so.
