The modular platform can easily be transported to remote areas and allow assembly on site. The flexible configuration of the Modular Pontoon system make sure that the platform is always fit-for-purpose.

Versatile solution

The basis of the Modular Pontoon are the Damen Modular Barges (DMB). These container sized (20 and 40ft) units can be easily transported to remote areas for assembly on site. You can take your operation almost anywhere in the world. The modular design can also be modified, making it suitable for today and for the future.

Modular Pontoon 3015

This Modular Pontoon is designed as a heavy-duty work platform for lifting, drilling, piling and crane operations. The pontoon is provided with a spacious work deck and a heavy- duty, hydraulically-driven spud system.

Modular Pontoon 2415

This U-shaped pontoon is specially designed as a stable work platform for dredging and mining operations. The 2415 is equipped with tanks, cranes, a moving work deck, a large moonpool, operating and office spaces, storage, a workshop and a 4-point mooring system – everything needed for a successful project.
