Posidonia brings the whole shipping world to its exhibitors. “Powering ahead” is the theme for Posidonia 2024, exemplified by the impressive statistics of the Greek fleet and the growth of Posidonia itself. The 2022 event welcomed over 28,000 visitors from 103 countries, eager to do business with 1,964 exhibitors in the bustling exhibition halls. Posidonia is also home to the owners of the world’s largest merchant fleet. Greece, a top shipowning nation, operating 21% of global and 59% of European capacity, represents a multi-billion dollar opportunity for shipbuilders and for suppliers of marine equipment, information technology and the whole spectrum of marine services.
