Warranty support
Damen Services Central America, located in Panama, provides warranty support for your new vessel. Upon completion of the vessel, we will assign a dedicated engineer to ensure that you can rely on Damen Services Central America for all your needs. Through the MyDamen portal, we stay in touch with you, building a strong relationship throughout the lifecycle of your Damen vessel.
Troubleshooting
Damen Services becomes the first point of contact for our customers. We provide remote support that includes troubleshooting guides for common issues and how to resolve a situation that can be managed remotely. We can assess the issues and support our customers once the assessment is complete.
Commissioning
Before and immediately after delivery, you can count on our field engineers , who are highly experienced in the maritime sector and have specific knowledge of the vessels we are proud to build. Our engineers are involved thoughout the commissioning phase of your vessel, testing systems during harbour and seatrials, providing feedback to the quality control department at our shipyards and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable handover of the vessel to you.

Maintaining the health of your vessel is critical to ensuring its operation over the years. Damen Services Central America supports and accompanies you, not only with the assessment of your vessels, but also with the supply of required or requested parts on short notice or long term and with technical assistance on site or remotely.
